Please do not drive into the school grounds between 8am – 4pm, to drop off and pick up your sons.

Students must walk into and out of the school. This is a Health & Safety issue for the school.

Boys can be dropped off or picked up on one of the numerous access streets to the school.

Peachgrove Rd is itself now becoming so congested that it is dangerous at peak times to stop near our entrance, so your willingness to pick up and drop off further away is appreciated.

Boot Drop Off

6 April – 11 April

Boot Sale

10 April – 12 April

Dear Parents/Caregivers,

The Sports Committee are running the annual “HBHS Boot Drop” for 2017.

We are looking for donations of your used pairs of football and rugby boots that might be too small, out of fashion or gathering dust on your shelves.   They will then be made available to students, some of whom may not be in a position to purchase new boots.

All proceeds will be donated to the “Headmasters Fund” for boys in need of assistance.

Boot Drop Off 6 – 11 April

If you would like to donate your used pairs of boots, the sports committee will be set up outside the Pavilion from this Thursday through to next Tuesday from 8:30 – 9:00amwhere you can drop them off to us.

Boot Display + Sale (Gold Coin Donation) 10 April – 12 April

We will have all the boots displayed out every lunchtime during Week 11 where they will all be available to purchase for a “gold coin”.

Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity to help others.

Kind Regards,

HBHS Sports Committee

  • Bring any class tasks or homework that you have questions about
  • First session: Monday 6 March.

Just a reminder to parents picking up their sons after school not to park in the school grounds, and that parking on the yellow lines is illegal and is also a hazard to traffic and students exiting the school at the Peachgrove Road and Argyle St entrances. We have had a number of complaints about “near misses” with students and would hate to see an accident occur.

There have also been complaints about parents parking at the school end of Bond St with cars again parking on the yellow lines and over school neighbours driveways.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation to ensure that our students remain safe.
