Tane Te Aho wins Regional Manu Korero Competition
Tane Te Aho, pictured right, a Year 9 student at HBHS, has won the Junior Regional Manu Korero title, in the English language section of the competition. This will qualify him for the National Competition to be held at a later date. Other students who competed in the competition included Chayce Glass, who competed in the Senior English section, and Te Tawhana Bramley, who competed in the Senior Maori Speaking Competition.
