Talofa lava to the HBHS families and friends during Samoan Language Week. Today's phrase is:

Fafaga fanau i upu ma tala. Tautala i lau gagana.

Translated this means: Feed the children with words and stories. Speak your language. This phrase recognises the importance of language in maintaining history and heritage and how vital it is to keep speaking and practicing our languages.
