Spirit Week 2017: Singing and Haka Competition
Major House points were on offer in Gym 1 on Tuesday, not to mention major fun, as the Houses battled to out-sing and out-haka each other in pursuit of the 24 House points potentially on offer. Argyle House once again stepped up in the haka competition, proving that practice does indeed make perfect, and Wilson House proved they had to pipes to take out the singing. The Prefects are in danger of going down in a whitewash to the Staff, with their energetic medley of tunes losing narrowly to the staff's brown-eyed girl. The full list of results and points follows and we congratulate everyone involved in what was a fantastic way to spend a Tuesday morning. Special thank yous to Matua Toti West for his outstanding work with the HBHS haka, and to MC Extraordinaire, Mr James Sutherland. Kia kaha, HBHS!
