New Zealand School of Music visits HBHS

Yesterday HBHS had the privilege of hosting a workshop run by the New Zealand School of Music (Jazz) which is based at the Albany Campus.  Students from HBHS and HGHS were taught by Mike Booth on trumpet, Phil Broadhurst (an award-winning pianist who has just won Jazz Album of the Year), Jono Sawyer on drums and Pete France on saxophone.  As you can certainly see, it was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience for all!
