Kudos Science Awards 2018

At the end of last term, a number of HBHS students, and a staff member were honoured at the Waikato Kudos Science Award.  Year 9 student Cayden Buitendach won for his NIWA Science Fair entry, Year 12 student Daniel Darlington was honoured for finishing top in New Zealand in the IGCSE Combined Sciences Examinations, and Year 13 student Patrick Dowd was recognised for achieving four New Zealand Scholarship passes in Year 12.  Physics and Science teacher Mr Jared Carpendale was a finalist for Science Educator of the Year.
