HBHS students win big at Sport Waikato Awards

The Sport Waikato Awards for 2014 were handed out yesterday afternoon and we congratulate the following boys for winning the prize for their codes.  Old Boy David Nyika was the guest speaker, and he acknowledged the role that HBHS played in helping him to become the success that he is.  The award winners are:

Jacob Priddey for Athletics (this is the third year running that Jacob has won this award)

Christopher Steeghs for Badminton

Jesse Reynolds for AWD (Athletes with Disability)

Bradley Cullen for Multi Sport

Theo Krielen for Rowing

Carter Edgecombe for Swimming

JonJon Zhao for Table Tennis

Luke Hamilton for Tennis

Jordan Marshall for Wrestling

Richard Sneddon for Waterpolo
