HBHS White Rugby Team win Tricolor Trophy

Congratulations to the HBHS White Rugby team on a historic win this past weekend, as they lifted the Tricolor Trophy from the Tokoroa High School 1st XV who had only recently won it themselves off the St John's College 2nd XV.  The Tricolor is one of the trophies contested in the Waikato Secondary Schools Division 1 1st XV Competition in which two HBHS teams have qualified to compete in this year.  The other team is the HBHS Colts, and the teams will meet at a later date, setting up a potentially exciting match.  The HBHS White team won the Trophy in a high scoring contest 39 - 32, which considering the conditions in which the match was played on Saturday is quite a feat.  Congratulations once again to the team and we hope they hold on to it!
