HBHS Shooters continue good run of form
HBHS Clay Target teams competed in their 6th event of the season last Thursday when 30 teams from around the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Auckland converged on the Patararu gun club. HBHS A and B teams eventually shot off for second and third place after tying during the teams event. HBHS B squad held their composure and managed to get one over the A squad, beating them in the shoot off. In the individual category, Andrew Wilson (pictured) won first place for Year 10 Shooters on the day. There is one more regional shoot before the teams compete at the North Island and New Zealand Secondary Schools Championships at the end of the school term.
