HBHS Old Boys Receive Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award

HBHS Class of 2016 Old Boys (from left) Douglas Shephard, Raymon Zhou, Ellis Pike and Jordyn Coxhead received their Duke of Edinburgh Gold Awards in the first weekend of the July holidays from Her Excellency the Governor General Dame Patsy Reddy.  This was in recognition of their participation in the scheme during their time at HBHS and their completion of services and tasks in the following five categories: Service, Skills, Adventurous Journey, Physical Recreation and a Residential Project.  We congratulate these boys on such an outstanding achievement which is the culmination of years of work in the service of others, and thank all of the HBHS staff for their countless hours in support of our recipients.
