HBHS Artists make the Paterson Burn Excellence in Art Competition

HBHS Year 13 students Max Gray and Matthew Graham have been selected for the 2016 Paterson Burn Excellence in Art Competition.  The competition, now in its fourth year, inspires, encourages and rewards the creative visions of emerging artists.  The theme for 2016 is An Eye to the Future and part of the proceeds of the online auction of the artwork will go to Diabetes New Zealand.

The artworks will be on online auction from 13 April to 3 May.  You can support Max and Matthew by placing a bid on their artworks and liking their work on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/PatersonBurnOptometrists/ or on the Paterson Burn website page www.patersonburn.co.nz/artwork

The works can be seen at the Paterson Burn Practice at 387 Anglesea Street, Hamilton until 22 April and then at Creative Waikato from 26 April to 6 May.

Winners will be announced on 5 May at Creative Waikato.
