HBHS 1st XV begin 2016 Chiefs Cup competition with a win

On Saturday the HBHS 1st XV began their 2016 season with an away win over St John's College 1st XV.  HBHS knew that the St John's team would be a difficult first opponent, as they had recently pushed Rotorua Boys' High School in a very close match, and the 26 - 19 scoreline reflects just how tight this Chief's Competition could potentially be.  The next game is against Rotorua Boys' High School and is at Waikato Stadium at 5:10pm as the curtain-raiser for the Chiefs Rebels match.  Note:  this differs from the original schedule.
