HBHS 1^st XI’s season has progressed quickly. After coming fourth in the NZSS ‘Gillette Cup’ Finals in Palmerston North during December 2010, the boys were runners-up in theSuper 8 Cricket competition played in Napier, in January. They have since been One Day Finalists in the Hamilton Men’s Premier Grade cricket competition.

 

Meanwhile, the HBHS Colts cricket team has been going from strength to strength. They qualified for the finals of the New Zealand Community Trust National Junior Secondary Cricket competition yesterday by beating Whangarei Boys’ High School by 62 runs. Later this month they will be in Taupo, competing for the National title.
