Browning Receives 2nd National BMX Title
Year 12 BMX racer Jarrod Browning came first in the 16 year-old boys’ class at Nationals this year. The competition was held over Easter weekend in Rotorua and fine weather spurred the contestants on to excellent race times.
Jarrod won each of the five races he was entered in on Sunday, and was ‘super happy’ with that. He particularly enjoyed the final, which he treated like his last race on the BMX circuit. The push that this idea gave him lead to a superb finishing time and a second National Number 1 title.
