Academic Excellence Rewarded

We are delighted to announce the first of the 2011 Scholarships to be awarded to Hamilton High School students for tertiary study in the New Year.  The following students (shown from left to right) have won these prizes:

Zhan Ye Chen, The University of Auckland Scholarship ($50,000.00)

Heath Larsen, The David Johnstone Trust Waikato University Science Degree Scholarship ($5,000.00)

Scott Cudby, The Massey Captain's Club To study a Business Degree

Oliver McMillan, The University of Auckland Chancellor's Award for Top Maori and Pacific Scholars ($35,000.00)

Not present: Aditya Vasudevan, The University of Auckland Scholarship ($50,000.00)

Seung-Seon Lee, The Auckland Jubilee Scholarship ($6,000.00)

Kurt Reed, The Auckland Jubilee Award ($6,000.00)
