2015 Māori and Pacific Island Celebration Awards Evening
O le ala i le pule o le tautua
Awards season at HBHS got off to a resounding start on Tuesday evening in the school hall with the Māori and Pacific Island Celebration Awards Evening where the outstanding achievements and contributions of our Māori and Pasifika students were recognised and celebrated. The audience was treated to a selection of powerful and moving performances throughout the evening where the talents of our students were showcased in fine style. Congratulations must go to Kristoffer Lavasi'i and Tayne Tupaea on the excellent jobs they did as co-hosts for the evening. The list of award winners follows and we will present a full list of nominees and finalists in our final High Achiever newsletter for the year. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to what is always a very special evening on our school calendar.
